Returns & Refunds Policy

At Stardust Studio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every product is carefully handcrafted and inspected before it is shipped.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery of the item.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in reasonable condition for return, without damage caused by the customer and, when applicable, accompanied by its original accessories.

Handmade products may have slight variations in craftsmanship that do not affect their function, fit or overall appearance. These variations are part of the nature of our handmade products.

Incorrect or Defective Products

If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, or believe that it arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us before returning the item.

In these cases, we will review the situation and, when appropriate, provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to a change of mind, size, preference or any other reason unrelated to an error or defect in the product, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to an error by Stardust Studio or a manufacturing defect, we will review the case and assume the return shipping cost when applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to the processing times of the financial institution or payment provider.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and country.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled while the items have not yet been prepared.

Once we begin preparing an order, cancellation will no longer be available under this rule. However, any applicable return rights will continue to apply in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

International Orders

Customers outside Mexico may be subject to additional return, refund or withdrawal rights established by the laws of their country or region.

This policy is not intended to limit any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
