Welcome to Stardust Studio.
These Terms of Service establish the conditions applicable to the use of our website and the purchase of products offered by Stardust Studio.

Stardust Studio creates and sells miniature textile products and accessories primarily intended for adult collectors of 1/12 scale action figures.
Our products are handcrafted using real fabrics and materials. Due to their handmade nature, slight variations may occur between pieces, including minor differences in texture, color, stitching or finish. These variations do not necessarily constitute a defect and are part of the characteristics of a handmade product.
Action figures shown in photographs or demonstrations are not included unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.
2. Compatibility
References to brands, manufacturers, models or action figure lines are used solely to indicate approximate compatibility or scale reference.
Compatibility may vary depending on the body, proportions, design and manufacturer of each figure.
Stardust Studio does not manufacture or represent the action figure brands mentioned in our product descriptions unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Prices and Availability
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
The price applicable to a purchase will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, descriptions, availability or product information. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer to offer an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation of the order and a corresponding refund when applicable.
4. Orders
When placing an order, the customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including name, shipping address and contact information.
Acceptance of an order does not guarantee that the product will remain available if an inventory error or any other circumstance preventing fulfillment is subsequently identified.
If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will inform the customer and issue the corresponding refund when applicable.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled while the items have not yet been prepared, in accordance with our cancellation rules.
Once an order has begun to be prepared, cancellation may no longer be available under this rule.

The content of this website, including photographs, images, designs, text, logos, graphics and other materials created by Stardust Studio, belongs to Stardust Studio or is used with authorization.
